My name is Melissa Walsh, and I established Top Notch Catering in the fall of 2003. I have nearly 20 years experience in the food industry as well as the cake decorating profession. My business has grown over the last 7 years, and in 2008 I was blessed with adding on floral to my business; now going by the name Top Notch Catering, Cakes and Floral.
